For cancellation before July 20th 50% of the conference fee will be refunded. 

Conference Fee

The conference covers participation in the Conference, including Proceedings, full pension (i.e. room, breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 coffee breaks per day, one drink at each meal - starting with Wednesday dinner and ending with Friday lunch).
Accompanying person will be accommodated in double room with a participant, fee also includes meals and social events.
Student participants will be accommodated in student dormitories of University of Economics (about 10 minutes on foot from the conference site). Student fee provides (apart from accomodation) similiar conditions to a regular participants.
At least one of the authors of an accepted paper must pay the conference fee and present the paper.
